🔁 Returns

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your intent to return a product.

For a return to be accepted:

• The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided.
• Returns must be validated by our customer service team prior to shipping.

We cannot accept:

• Items damaged due to misuse.
• Products returned without prior approval.

💸 Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of the receipt and condition of the product.
• If the return is approved, a full refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, a partial or denied refund may be applied.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method (we are not responsible for losses during return transport).

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the item has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
